As Worship Pastor and an ordained Baptist minister of the gospel, during the last 16 years of ministry I have used the gifts and talents God has given me in (1) loving and leading people into passionate worship, (2) teaching, mentoring, and pastoring worship teams, (3) organizing worship teams, (4) writing music, and (5) singing and playing instruments, to help grow fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ and to expand the influence of the local church for the purpose of promoting the good news of Jesus to the culture.
